1.Raw Material Processing Section
The initial stage of the autoclaved aerated coagulation production involves the meticulous handling of essential raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), setting the foundation for a robust process.
This crucial segment specializes in the refined processing and systematic storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring a seamless workflow.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
Serving as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section is indispensable for high-quality output.
This area is dedicated to the fabrication of the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside the efficient automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This pivotal section stands as a cornerstone in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, facilitating intricate processes with precision.
It is instrumental in the formation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, managing both manual and automatic mesh suspension and enabling the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
In this stage, the mold frame containing the billet body undergoes meticulous demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, coupled with the side plate, is precisely placed on the cutting car, where a comprehensive cutting process-encompassing side, horizontal, and vertical cutting-finalizes the product's shape.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring no material is wasted.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing this stage of production.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes undergo a meticulous journey into the autoclave, where they experience constant pressure maintenance facilitated by the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring perfect curing conditions.
Once the curing process is complete, the autoclave-treated products are efficiently pulled out by the ferry cart, proceeding to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Following their emergence from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and securely packed. Utilizing advanced packaging and conveying equipment, they are then transported to the storage yard, ready for distribution, ensuring a flawless end to the production line.
