AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the finest raw materials are meticulously selected, including premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the careful handling, processing, and optimal storage of all essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section forms the backbone of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring seamless operations.
In this section, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic techniques for hanging mesh, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section stands as a cornerstone of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, playing a critical role in the overall process.
Here, we manufacture the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for creating autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automatic systems for hanging mesh, and ensuring the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
In this segment, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes a refined demudding process via the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then precisely positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes exact side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve flawless product molding.
With precision, the cut body is managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a streamlined process.
5.Autoclaving section
As the assembled cakes progress, they are gently transported into the autoclave tanks by the pre-autoclave traction mechanism and the ferry cart, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance to ensure quality.
Once the autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart efficiently removes the products from the autoclave, delivering them to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then expertly transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, having been seamlessly separated.
