AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the enchanting realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential ingredients are sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting catalyst of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among other critical elements.
This section is expertly crafted to ensure meticulous processing and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials, optimizing each step for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a vital section where cutting-edge innovation harmonizes with precision engineering.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is skillfully fabricated. The process is enhanced by seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and a sophisticated system for automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this crucial section of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, the transformation of raw materials into solid reality occurs with an almost magical touch.
Within this vibrant environment, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh handling, complemented by an automated assembly frame circulation system.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering artistry reveals itself as the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is deftly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving flawless molding.
The masterpiece materializes as the cut body is elegantly managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to ensure environmental sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with grace and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous attention, the assembled cakes are smoothly introduced into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the strategically positioned traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Autoclave-cured products make their triumphant emergence, expertly drawn out by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, primed for their grand unveiling.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a comprehensive process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transport to the storage yard. This is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage, ready for their voyage ahead.
