1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials predominantly include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This critical section ensures the core production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, along with manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section drives the core production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is integral for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the efficient circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding via crane turning. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving the final product shape.
The ground turning table completes the process by removing and recycling the corner waste from the cut body.
Post waste removal, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are strategically sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance through the traction mechanism and ferry cart situated in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
