1. Raw Material Processing Section

Within the intricate production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we expertly utilize essential raw materials such as sand or fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder, and more.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and effective storage of these vital raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This is a pivotal area, crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, forming the heart of our operations.

Here, we craft the essential steel mesh or mesh cage necessary for the slabs, employing both manual and automatic techniques for hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation within the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another core section, vital for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring quality and precision.

This section is adept at crafting the steel mesh or mesh cage required for the slabs, integrating manual and automated hanging mesh and assembly frame circulation processes effortlessly.

4. Cutting Section

In this innovative stage, the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, coupled with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.

The ground turning table efficiently completes the cut body, managing the removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body undergoes finalization via the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring impeccable product preparation.

5. Autoclaving Section

With precision, assembled cakes move into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing conditions.

Once cured, the ferry cart efficiently transports the autoclave-treated products to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged, then seamlessly conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring organized and efficient product distribution.
