1. Raw Material Processing Section

The initial phase of the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process involves an array of key raw materials. These include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), each meticulously chosen for their unique properties and contributions to the final product.

This crucial section is dedicated to the sophisticated processing and storage of essential raw materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards before entering the next production stage.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation


At the heart of our production line, this section serves as the vital hub for crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This stage involves the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the structural integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It incorporates both manual and automated mesh hanging processes alongside the sophisticated automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section


Another pivotal component of the production process, this section is paramount for the formation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the concrete plates is expertly crafted, incorporating manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques along with the sophisticated automatic circulation of the assembly frame.



4. Cutting Section


In this stage, the mold frame containing the billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding process via the turning crane. Following this, the blank body, side plate in tow, is placed on the cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts bring the product to its final shape.

Utilizing the ground turning table, the cut body is efficiently separated from corner waste, which is then recycled to ensure sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is adeptly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for transitioning to the next production phase.

5. Autoclaving Section


The meticulously assembled cakes are gently ushered into the autoclaves, where they undergo a critical phase of constant pressure maintenance facilitated by the traction mechanism and adjacent ferry cart.

Upon completion of autoclave curing, the products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the finished product packaging section.



6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging


Finely steamed cakes emerging from the autoclave are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, readying them for prompt transportation to the storage yard.
