1. Raw Material Processing Section

The essential raw materials crucial for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the innovative aluminum powder (aluminum paste) among others.

This pivotal section expertly handles the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This segment stands as the central hub for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This section is dedicated to the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the robust autoclaved aerated concrete plate, including manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section

This segment serves as the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring superior quality.

Designed for crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, featuring manual or automated mesh hanging and streamlined automatic assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

Transforming the mold frame loaded with the billet body; a crane meticulously demuds it, placing the blank body alongside the side plate onto the cutting car. The intricate cutting process is executed through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.

The precision cutting process is finalized by the ground turning table which adeptly removes and recycles any corner waste.
After waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body's process with precision.

5. Autoclaving Section

Assembled cakes are expertly transferred into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, guided by the traction mechanism before the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart.

Post-autoclave, the cured products are withdrawn by the ferry cart and seamlessly moved to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, sorted with precision, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then expertly transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring top-tier organization and delivery.
