1. Raw Material Processing Section
The premium raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, guaranteeing the utmost quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is indispensable for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and durability.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh, and seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring ideal pre-curing conditions.
This section fabricates the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh, and seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it for the next stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring uniform curing.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach customers in pristine condition.
