AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the indispensable raw materials encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting influence of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others, forming the very foundation of innovation.
This segment is expertly crafted for the meticulous processing and optimal storage of these critical raw materials, ensuring seamless integration into the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pulsating core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab manufacturing, an essential section where cutting-edge innovation harmonizes with precise engineering.
Here, the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is skillfully fabricated. The process boasts seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling alongside an advanced system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, guaranteeing efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section, crucial for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, is where the transformative magic solidifies into concrete reality.
Within this vibrant environment, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision. It incorporates both manual and automated mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
4. Cutting Section
In this arena, engineering excellence unfolds as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is expertly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, coupled with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving exquisite molding with precision.
As the masterpiece emerges, the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, emphasizing sustainability and efficiency.
Following waste removal, the blank body is deftly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, culminating this stage with elegance and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the tank for constant pressure maintenance. This process is facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves, ensuring impeccable results.
The autoclave-cured products emerge triumphantly, drawn out by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, prepared for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a comprehensive process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This is all orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
