1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), the essential raw materials encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste).
This critical section handles the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As a pivotal segment, this section is dedicated to the precise production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, manage both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and ensure seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another vital area focused on the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating steel meshes (mesh cages), handling both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and managing the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame with the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to shape the final product.
The ground turning table aids in removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring efficient use of materials.
Post waste removal, the blank body is carefully handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, streamlining the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
Using a traction mechanism, the assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the ferry cart.
After the autoclave curing process, the products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
