1. Raw Material Processing Section

The genesis of our top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) begins with the finest selection of raw materials: sand, fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These essential components are precisely combined to ensure the highest quality and sustainability in your AAC production.

This crucial stage is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of these raw materials, laying a solid foundation for exceptional AAC products.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

The heart of our AAC slab production lies within this innovative section, where precision and automation converge.

Here, we craft the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) integral to AAC slab production. Featuring both manual and automatic mesh handling, this section ensures seamless assembly frame circulation for efficiency and consistency.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another pivotal element in AAC slab manufacturing, this segment focuses on the precise pouring and initial curing process to form robust, high-quality slabs.

Steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC slabs is crafted here, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh suspension methods, alongside an automatic assembly frame circulation for streamlined operations.

4. Cutting Section

Precision is paramount as the mold frame, with its intact billet body, is delicately demolded using the turning crane. Subsequently, the billet, accompanied by its side plates, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous lateral, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve its final form.

Using a sophisticated ground turning table, the cut body is expertly handled to eliminate and recycle corner waste, maximizing resource efficiency.
Once waste removal is complete, the billet body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring effective marshalling for the next production stage.

5. Autoclaving Section

The prepped cakes are smoothly transitioned into the autoclaving tank, where they undergo a rigorous cycle of constant pressure maintenance, courtesy of the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system.

Upon completion of curing, the ferry cart seamlessly extracts the autoclaved products, facilitating a smooth transition to the finished product packaging section, ensuring quality is preserved.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Following the autoclave cycle, the freshly cured cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. The packaging and conveying equipment then ensure a seamless journey to the storage yard, paving the way for efficient distribution.
