1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste), among others.
This vital section encompasses the processing and storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This segment is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. It involves both manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another crucial section for autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
This area is designed for the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Using a crane to turn the mold frame, the billet body is demolded. Together with the side plate, it is placed on the cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product.
The cut body is processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes final processing by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclave products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by dedicated packaging and conveying equipment.
