1. Raw Material Processing Section – The Foundation of Excellence
In the industrious world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the essential raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) are meticulously processed to perfection, setting the stage for superior product quality.
This critical section is dedicated to the precise processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring a seamless transition into the next stage of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating – Precision and Innovation Combined
& Circulation – A Symphony of Automation
This is the pivotal section where the magic of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs comes to life with cutting-edge technology and innovative processes.
Here, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly executed, involving both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and the sophisticated automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section – Perfecting the Craft
This core section stands at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, embodying the intricate and precise art of manufacturing excellence.
The steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted here, utilizing both manual and automatic methods for hanging mesh and implementing a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section – Precision in Action
With unparalleled precision, the mold frame bearing the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is positioned on a cutting car to achieve flawless side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, culminating in a perfectly molded product.
The art of cutting reaches its pinnacle as the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, optimizing the production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section – The Pinnacle of Pressure Precision
The expertly assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the autoclave, where constant pressure maintenance by advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts ensures impeccable product quality.
Upon achieving autoclave curing perfection, products are elegantly extracted by the ferry cart, seamlessly transitioning to the final finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products – The Culmination of Craftsmanship
Classification & Packaging – Excellence Wrapped to Perfection
The autoclave-steamed cakes are sorted with precision, palletized, and expertly packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, completing the production cycle with finesse.
