1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the foundational phase of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we meticulously process a selection of premium raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), ensuring quality and consistency.
This paramount section is dedicated to the adept processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials, setting the stage for superior product outcomes.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This vital section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision and innovation intersect.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for concrete slabs is expertly fabricated. The process includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, seamlessly integrated with the automated assembly frame circulation, streamlining production.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, a cornerstone of the manufacturing process, is pivotal in crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and care.
Steel mesh, essential for the structural integrity of concrete plates, is crafted here, with both manual and automated methods ensuring efficiency in mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
With precision engineering, the mold frame containing the billet undergoes a meticulous demudding process via crane rotation. The blank body is expertly placed on a cutting car, where it is transformed through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting into the desired shape.
The innovative ground turning table completes the process by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability and resource efficiency.
Following waste clearance, the blank body is strategically positioned by the marshalling crane and ferry car, enhancing the workflow.
5. Autoclaving Section
Expertly assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave, where they are meticulously maintained under constant pressure. The advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart facilitate this precision delivery.
Upon autoclave curing, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the products, seamlessly transitioning them to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, cakes undergo an organized process of sorting, palletizing, and packing. The expertly designed packaging and conveying equipment ensure their safe and efficient transport to the storage yard.
