AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials are a harmonious blend of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), each playing an indispensable role in the creation of durable and lightweight concrete.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw ingredients.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This integral section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, the manufacture of steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate occurs, supporting both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential segment is key to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, facilitating the production to its optimal potential.
In this section, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is executed, alongside manual (automatic) mesh hanging and efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Utilizing a turning crane, the mold frame laden with the billet body undergoes demudding. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is then delicately placed onto the cutting car, where it is meticulously shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final form.
The finely cut body then proceeds to the ground turning table, where corner waste is expertly removed and recycled, optimizing resource use.
Once the waste has been efficiently cleared, the blank body is elegantly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless progression to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, the carefully assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tank by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo precise constant pressure maintenance, essential for excellence.
Post autoclaving, the newly cured products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ensuring a continuum of quality and efficiency.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following their meticulous steaming process in the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, artfully palletized, expertly packed, and carefully transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their final destination in impeccable condition.
