AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for crafting our high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, forming a perfected blend for superior construction.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and safe storage of all raw materials, ensuring they are primed for precision production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the heartbeat of our operation, the core hub where state-of-the-art autoclaved aerated concrete slabs come to life, exemplifying innovation and efficiency.
In this advanced section, we proficiently create robust steel mesh cages required for AAC slabs. This involves both manual and automated processes for mesh hanging, complemented by seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This area serves as the crucial nucleus for fabricating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, marking the transition from raw potential to tangible product.
We expertly craft steel mesh cages essential for AAC slab production, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, alongside efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, packed with billet body, undergoes precise demudding via a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve perfect molding.
The ground turning table diligently handles the cut body, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste is seamless and efficient.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane, along with the marshalling ferry car, completes the assembly of the blank body, ensuring continuity in the production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
Using a sophisticated traction mechanism, the assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into tanks for maintaining constant pressure, with the ferry cart ensuring precise placement ahead of the autoclaves.
Once the curing process in the autoclave concludes, the ferry cart adeptly extracts and transports the finished products to the packaging section, streamlining the final stages of production.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The expertly steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, ready for sorting, palletizing, and packaging. Our state-of-the-art equipment ensures they are efficiently transported to the storage yard, signifying the culmination of our advanced production process.
