1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
This segment is pivotal for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It encompasses the fabrication of steel mesh (also known as mesh cage), whether manual or automatic hanging, and seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another critical phase for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for AAC plates, along with manual or automatic hanging and the smooth circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet is demolded by a turning crane. The billet, along with its side plate, is transferred to the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for perfect shaping.
The cut billet is handled by a ground turning table which removes and recycles any corner waste.
Post waste removal, the billet is finalized using a marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled billets are conveyed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance via a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by an efficient packaging and conveying system.
