AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential building blocks of the autoclaved aerated coagulation process include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the processing and efficient storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
& Circulation
This segment serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously crafted, involving manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and a seamless assembly frame circulation process.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This part is crucial within the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Specialized for crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for concrete plates, it incorporates both manual (or automatic) mesh suspension and facilitates an automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Once the mold frame is laden with the billet body, it is demolded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car to undergo precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, completing the product's shaping process.
The cut body is finalized through a ground turning table, adeptly removing and recycling corner waste.
Post-removal of waste, the blank body is refined by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are ushered into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance utilizing the traction mechanism and ferry cart located at the forefront of the autoclaves.
Once the curing process within the autoclave is complete, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and directed towards the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly steamed from the autoclave, are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and seamlessly conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment following their separation.
