AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for creating autoclaved aerated coagulation products typically encompass a blend of sand (commonly sourced from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste. These compounds form the essence of the mixture, laying the groundwork for sustainable and efficient production.
This crucial phase is dedicated to the intricate processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring that each ingredient is meticulously prepared and maintained for optimal quality and performance in the manufacturing process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the core of the operation, indispensable for crafting robust and enduring autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. It embodies the precision and technological prowess necessary for high-quality production.
This essential segment focuses on the crafting of steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging processes, alongside the seamless, automated circulation of the entire assembly frame—ensuring efficiency and consistency throughout.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a critical juncture in the manufacture of premium quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision and care ensure the integrity and excellence of the final product.
This section is dedicated to the exacting fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It involves manual (or automated) mesh hanging, coupled with automated circulation of the assembly framework, ensuring meticulous and flawless production.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for a comprehensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the desired product shape with precision and accuracy.
The process concludes with the ground turning table, facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring sustainability and minimizing material wastage.
After waste removal, the blank body is meticulously finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, guaranteeing a seamless transition to the next production phase, ensuring uninterrupted flow and efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are transported with precision into the autoclave tank, where they undergo sustained pressure treatment by the precision-driven traction mechanism and the efficient ferry cart. This ensures that the products are cured to perfection, ready for the next stage of production.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are gracefully extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the final product packaging section, ensuring each product retains its quality and integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave are subjected to a meticulous sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, carefully packed, and transported to the storage yard by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficiency and preserving product quality through precise separation and organization.
