AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) form the backbone of the process.
This crucial section is dedicated to the efficient processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, ensuring flawless production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This core section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, driving excellence in every slab.
In this pivotal area, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. Manual or automatic hanging of the mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame are key operations.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is another core component for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality.
Crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section specializes in both manual and automatic hanging mesh, coupled with the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
With precision, the mold frame bearing the billet body is carefully demudded through crane turning. The blank body and side plate are expertly placed on the cutting car, achieving flawless side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to shape the product.
Through the ground turning table, the cut body is meticulously handled to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring zero waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is adeptly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ready for the next stage.
5.Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are gracefully ushered into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the precision traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After autoclave curing, the products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the world.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard. This process is flawlessly managed by advanced packaging and conveying equipment to maintain quality.
