1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), and others.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This section also handles the manual (or automatic) hanging of mesh and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Steel mesh (mesh cage) is prepared here for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, finalizing the product's shape.
After cutting, the ground turning table aids in removing and recycling corner waste from the cut body.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is assembled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are introduced into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism, along with the ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
