1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is designed for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, integrating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It specializes in producing the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, utilizing manual (automatic) hanging mesh and ensuring the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is carefully placed on the cutting car, completing the cutting process through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
The cut body is finalized by the ground turning table, effectively removing and recycling corner waste.
Upon waste removal, the blank body undergoes final processing by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart situated in front of the autoclave.
The autoclave-cured products are efficiently pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and seamlessly transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
