AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the core of autoclaved aerated coagulation manufacturing. Here, we expertly process the finest raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring premium quality and consistency in every step.
This critical phase is devoted to the meticulous handling and organized storage of our key raw materials, setting the foundation for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the operational epicenter, propelling the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.
In this area, we masterfully construct the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete panels. A combination of manual and automatic hanging mesh methods is employed, along with an unbroken automatic circulation of the assembly frame for seamless production.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is the core of our manufacturing process, crucial for producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched quality.
This is the zone where we create the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete panels. We utilize both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, complemented by the automatic circulation of the assembly frames, ensuring efficiency and precision.
4. Cutting Section
At this juncture, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, supported by a side plate, is positioned onto the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed to form the ultimate product shape.
The ground turning table is pivotal in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with exceptional precision.
After waste removal, the blank body is then carefully handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal alignment and results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure to achieve flawless curing results.
Once cured, the expertly autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the finished product packaging section for the next stage of perfection.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo thorough sorting, strategic palletizing, and detailed packing. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment ensures they are seamlessly transported to the storage yard, ready for distribution.
