1.Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production lies in meticulously selected raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This vital section manages the intricate processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring seamless operations.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This segment forms the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision meets automation.
In this critical area, expertly engineered steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted, facilitating manual or automatic hanging and ensuring the efficient automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the epicenter of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision engineering takes form.
Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating manual or automatic hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding process via the turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is elegantly placed on the cutting car, achieving precise product molding through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
The ground turning table artfully completes the cut body, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to ensure sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, securing the next phase of production.
5.Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance, orchestrated by the precise traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart gracefully extracts the finished products, transporting them to the packaging section ready for market.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment then efficiently transports them to the storage yard, ready for delivery.
