AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey of creating premium AAC blocks begins with the meticulous processing of top-quality raw materials, such as sand (often in the form of fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste. These ingredients form the backbone of our advanced autoclaved aerated coagulation production.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, setting the stage for flawless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the heart of the production process, where the magic of transforming raw materials into autoclaved aerated concrete slabs takes place.
Here, steel meshes (or mesh cages) crucial for the structural integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates are expertly crafted. This section features both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside a seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section serves as the core for producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring quality at every step.
Within this stage, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) creation process for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is conducted, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, perfectly paired with automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this dynamic stage, the mold frame, laden with billet body, is expertly demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed onto the cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts bring the product to life.
The expertly cut body is then processed through a ground turning table, ensuring efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, contributing to a sustainable production cycle.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body undergoes marshalling with the help of a specialized crane and ferry car, ensuring orderly progression to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, the meticulously assembled cakes are smoothly transported into the autoclave by a modern traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring they undergo constant pressure maintenance for superior quality.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are carefully extracted by ferry cart and delivered to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The fully steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed by advanced packaging and conveying equipment. These finished products are then transported to the storage yard, ready for delivery to our valued customers.
