1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This essential section is dedicated to the efficient processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical section is at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It is integral for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, including manual (automatic) hanging of the mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This fundamental section plays a pivotal role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is essential for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, as well as for the manual (automatic) hanging of the mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle any corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is carefully managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
After curing, the autoclaved products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment.
