1.Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for producing autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste. These elements are meticulously prepared to ensure optimal quality.
This vital section handles the preparation and storage of all raw materials essential for AAC production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
As a pivotal component, this section is dedicated to fabricating the steel mesh required for producing AAC slabs, ensuring robust structural integrity.
Here, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) crucial for AAC slabs is meticulously fabricated. This section also encompasses manual and automatic mesh handling and frame assembly circulation for seamless operation.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This indispensable segment is central to AAC slab production, encompassing the pouring and preliminary curing of the material.
In this phase, steel mesh for AAC slabs is crafted, with both manual and automatic mesh handling, and the assembly frame's automatic circulation ensures efficiency.
4.Cutting Section
Employing precision, the mold frame, along with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for side, horizontal, and vertical precision cutting.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table effectively removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring environmental sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing the cutting process.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled AAC cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the products are systematically removed by ferry carts and transferred to the packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the AAC cakes are sorted, palletized, and packed. The final products are then transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
