AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials are primarily sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), each playing a crucial role in the creation of superior quality products.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring a seamless transition to the next phase.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section drives the production of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, contributing significantly to the overall process.
This segment is essential for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, whether through manual or automated mesh hanging, coupled with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is the heart of the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring superior quality and efficiency.
It serves the critical function of fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with the billet body, is demudded using the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is strategically placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product shaping.
The cutting process finalizes as the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, streamlining operations.
Once waste removal is complete, the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car seamlessly assemble the blank body.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism at the autoclave's entrance and the ferry cart positioned in front.
After autoclave curing, the finished products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart, then conveyed to the final packaging section for distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed, before being efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
