AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation process relies on high-quality raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), each playing a crucial role in the formation of superior blocks.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials, setting the foundation for premium product development.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is integral to the production of top-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring their construction is seamless and efficient.
Here, the creation of steel mesh cages required for the concrete plates is expertly managed, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh, alongside the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This essential section serves as the production hub for high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring their robust formation.
It facilitates the crafting of steel mesh cages for concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and the efficient automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame carrying the billet is turned and demudded by the crane, followed by precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the perfect product shape.
After cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, minimizing material loss.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car expertly manage the blank body, ensuring seamless processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The traction mechanism and ferry cart work in harmony to transport the assembled cakes into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, critical for product integrity.
Upon completion of the autoclaving process, the ferry cart efficiently transports the cured products to the finished product packaging section, ready for distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once out of the autoclave, the products are skillfully sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for market delivery.
