1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational elements for producing autoclaved aerated concrete involve a precise blend of key materials: sand (often derived from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste. Each ingredient is essential for crafting the superior quality that Teeyer AAC block and panel making machines are renowned for.
In this crucial phase, we focus on the meticulous processing and systematic storage of all raw materials. This ensures that each component is perfectly prepared, paving the way for the eco-friendly, high-capacity production you expect from Jiangsu Teeyer Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the heartbeat of the AAC production line, playing a vital role in shaping robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. It is central to the quality and durability of the finished product.
This stage is critical for forming the steel mesh or mesh cage, essential for the structural integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging processes, seamlessly integrated with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame for optimal efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal stage is key in crafting top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring each unit meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
In this section, the precision fabrication of the steel mesh (mesh cage) is carried out, which is crucial for the structural soundness of the concrete plates. It covers both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automated framework circulation, guaranteeing consistency and reliability in every batch.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame with the billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes a meticulous cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the precise shape required for the final product.
The cutting concludes with the ground turning table facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, showcasing Teeyer's commitment to sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is meticulously finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next stage, culminating in the refined excellence Teeyer products are known for.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, the assembled cakes are transported into the durable autoclave tanks for pressurized curing. This is expertly managed by a precision-driven traction mechanism and a highly efficient ferry cart, facilitating smooth operations.
Once autoclaving is completed, the cured products are gently extracted and conveyed to the final product packaging section, maintaining the integrity and quality of each piece.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming, the freshly cured cakes undergo a thorough sorting process. They are then skillfully palletized, packaged, and delivered to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying systems, ensuring every product is ready for seamless dispatch.
