1.Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these raw materials, ensuring they meet the required standards for production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring precise and efficient manufacturing.
It is responsible for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the slabs, along with the manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another critical section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision and efficiency are paramount.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) for the slabs is made, and the manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and automated circulation of the assembly frame are handled.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final shape.
The cut body's corner waste is removed and recycled using the ground turning table.
After waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
In this section, the assembled cakes are loaded into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of it.
After curing, the autoclave-cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging area.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for delivery.
