1. Raw Material Processing Section

Delve into the world of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete production, where the key ingredients include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These pivotal elements lay the foundation for creating superior quality, durable products.

This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and optimal storage of essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

Recognized as the heart of the production line, this section is indispensable for crafting impeccable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This segment specializes in crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for constructing autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

The production epicenter, this section is key to forming flawless autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

A pivotal area that ensures the precise creation of a robust steel mesh (mesh cage), enabling both manual and automated mesh hanging and the streamlined circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Experience the precision of our cutting-edge technology, where the mold frame, cradling the billet body, undergoes meticulous demolding via a turning crane. The billet, alongside the side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting vehicle, achieving exceptional side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.

Utilizing the ground turning table, the cut body is adeptly handled to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material wastage.
Post-waste removal, the billet body undergoes precise marshalling, facilitated by the marshalling crane and ferry cart, readying it for subsequent processing.

5. Autoclaving Section

Embark on the autoclaving journey, where assembled cakes are guided into tanks for consistent pressure maintenance, courtesy of the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned strategically at the forefront.

Once cured, the autoclave products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart, making their way to the finished product packaging section, primed for the market.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-steaming, the cakes emerge from the autoclave, undergoing meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing. The packaging and conveying equipment then efficiently transport them to the storage yard, ready for dispatch.
