1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This essential section is dedicated to the processing and storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the core of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated, with both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car. Here, the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired shape.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table completes the process by removing and recycling corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance through a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Upon curing, the autoclave products are meticulously pulled out by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
