AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The fundamental ingredients for the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others. These materials are meticulously selected to ensure the highest quality of end products.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials, setting the stage for superior AAC production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This segment serves as the pivotal core in crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, playing a critical role in the production lineup.
This area specializes in fabricating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic hanging mesh operations. It also ensures the seamless and automatic circulation of the assembly framework.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section forms the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
It is instrumental in crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for concrete plate production, managing both manual and automatic hanging mesh, and promoting the smooth circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where the product is sculpted through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques, ensuring a flawless finish.
The cut body is efficiently managed by the ground turning table, which expertly removes and recycles corner waste, maximizing resource efficiency.
Once waste removal is accomplished, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless operations.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled 'cakes' are meticulously transported into the autoclave tanks, where they undergo rigorous constant pressure maintenance, orchestrated by the pre-autoclave traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and delivered to the finished product packaging section, ready for market.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo a precise sorting, palletizing, and packaging process. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, primed for distribution.
