1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the precise processing and meticulous storage of each raw material, ensuring the highest quality for the AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is essential for producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC slabs is fabricated. This process incorporates both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section that is fundamental to the production of superior quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC slabs, combining manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demoulded using a crane. The blank body and side plate are then precisely cut on the cutting car.
The cut body is expertly managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently, ensuring minimal material wastage.
Next, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for the final processing stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave tank using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where consistent pressure is maintained.
After curing, the autoclaved products are swiftly extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
