AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential components for autoclaved aerated coagulation production primarily include sand (often sourced from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste. These foundational ingredients set the stage for creating robust and lightweight AAC products.
This critical phase focuses on the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring they meet the precise specifications necessary for optimal AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the core of the process, essential for crafting sturdy and durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and longevity.
This segment is vital for crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, seamlessly integrated with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, for efficient and precise fabrication.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is pivotal in the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the mixture is perfectly formed and begins its transformation into high-quality AAC products.
This stage is dedicated to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework, allowing for precise and efficient production.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, undergoing comprehensive cutting—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the desired, precise product shapes, tailored to perfection.
The process wraps up with the ground turning table, which facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is finalized with the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism, fronting the autoclaves and aided by the efficient ferry cart preceding it, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Once autoclaving is complete, the cured products are deftly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ready for distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, packed with precision, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring their journey is efficient and secure.
