1.Raw Material Processing Section

Our cutting-edge AAC production process begins with a meticulous selection of raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the innovative use of aluminum powder (aluminum paste).

This crucial stage ensures the precise processing and strategic storage of all essential raw materials for optimal production outcomes.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

As the heart of the production line, this section focuses on crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.

Here, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for our AAC plates, employing both manual and automated systems to ensure seamless mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation.

3.Pouring and pre-curing section

A vital stage in our production, this section specializes in creating well-structured autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

We achieve this by making the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage), facilitating both manual and automated mesh hanging, and ensuring flawless assembly frame circulation.

4.Cutting section

In this advanced section, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes a seamless demudding process using a crane. The side plate and blank body are adeptly positioned on a cutting car to achieve precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, completing the product's cutting mold.

Our ground turning table efficiently handles the cut body to remove corner waste, ensuring environmentally conscious recycling.
After meticulous waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car work in harmony to complete the blank body.

5.Autoclaving section

In this section, expertly assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for precise pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring consistent quality and strength.

Post-autoclave, our finished products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and advanced to the final packaging section, all set for market distribution.

6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging

Upon exiting the autoclave, our cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packaged, and prepared for dispatch to the storage yard, ensuring a streamlined and efficient distribution process.
