AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, essential raw materials typically comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) among others. These elements lay the foundation for creating high-quality AAC products.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of vital raw materials, ensuring a seamless production flow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the vital core for manufacturing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, representing the heart of production excellence.
In this essential phase, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This process includes both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh, alongside the streamlined circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Which is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Using a turning crane, the mold frame housing the billet body undergoes demudding. Seamlessly, the billet and side plate are placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product to perfection.
After cutting, the ground turning table efficiently extracts and recycles any corner waste, ensuring sustainability in production.
Once waste is removed, the blank body undergoes final assembly utilizing the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the production process.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, assembled cakes are transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart strategically positioned before the autoclaves.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are expertly drawn out by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. State-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment ensure their safe journey to the storage yard, ready for distribution.
