1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation products, we utilize a variety of high-quality raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, along with aluminum powder or paste, ensuring top-tier performance and durability.

This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of raw materials, setting the foundation for superior product quality.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
& Circulation

At the heart of our production lies this pivotal section, enabling the creation of high-strength autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This innovative section crafts the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This critical segment is integral to producing high-performance autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It expertly manages the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for these plates, combining manual (or automatic) hanging with efficient automatic circulation of the assembly framework.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame holding the billet body is demudded via a turning crane, and then precisely placed on a cutting car to undergo comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving the final product form.

Post-cutting, the body is expertly handled by a ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
With waste removed, the blank body is skillfully completed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ready for the next stage.

5. Autoclaving Section

In this phase, expertly assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks where they undergo a meticulous constant pressure process managed by state-of-the-art traction and ferry mechanisms.

Upon completion of the curing process, the autoclaved products are smoothly extracted via the ferry cart and moved to the packaging section for final preparations.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Once steamed and ready, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and elegantly packaged. They are then transported by advanced packaging and conveying equipment to the storage yard, ensuring they reach you in pristine condition.
