AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of superior autoclaved aerated coagulation begins here! Our meticulously chosen raw materials include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the essential aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This vital section is dedicated to the efficient processing and secure storage of these pivotal raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section represents the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production.
In this crucial phase, we manufacture the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automatic mesh hanging and ensures seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal segment serves as the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production.
It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, supporting both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and ensures efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Within this stage, the mold frame, loaded with a billet body, undergoes demudding via crane rotation. The blank, accompanied by the side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car. Precision cutting is executed from all angles – side, horizontal, and vertical – to perfect the product.
The ground turning table efficiently handles the completion of the cut body, expertly removing and recycling corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is adeptly managed by the marshalling crane and seamlessly transitioned to the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave tank. The process involves constant pressure maintenance, expertly facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned ahead of the autoclaves.
Once cured, the autoclave products are efficiently extracted via the ferry cart, ready for their next journey to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment ensure these treasures are securely transported to the storage yard.
