AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production process begins with high-quality raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and optimal storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This segment forms the heart of production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Engineered for precision, this section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for concrete plates. It seamlessly integrates both manual (automatic) hanging mesh capabilities and the sophisticated automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This integral phase is the lifeblood of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
This advanced section ensures systematic creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for concrete plate formation, featuring manual (automatic) hanging mechanisms and an efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, filled with the billet body, undergoes precise demudding with a crane, placing the blank body on a cutting car. It achieves flawless product shaping through side, horizontal, and vertical precise cuts.
The ground turning table expertly finishes the cut body, ensuring corner waste is effectively removed and recycled.
Following the waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car skillfully complete the assembly of the blank body.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cake structures are expertly guided into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts.
Once cured, the products are seamlessly transported from the autoclave to the finished product packaging section, thanks to the efficient ferry cart systems.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, efficiently palletized, securely packed, and then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment to ensure optimal delivery.
