1. Raw Material Processing Section
The core ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, ensuring unparalleled quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is the cornerstone for producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, guaranteeing exceptional structural integrity and durability.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh, along with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A fundamental segment vital for producing top-notch autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal pre-curing conditions for maximum reliability.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh, along with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is carefully demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then expertly placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and maximum efficiency.
Subsequently, the blank body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it for subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring uniform and thorough curing.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for further processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being perfectly steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach customers in pristine condition.
