1.Raw Material Processing Section
Within the sophisticated domain of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials encompass sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of raw materials, ensuring readiness for seamless production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
In this pivotal section, the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production beats strong and true.
This integral component is designed for the creation of steel meshes (mesh cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated hanging of mesh, followed by the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section stands as the centerpiece of autoclaved aerated concrete slab creation, where innovation meets precision.
It facilitates the crafting of required steel meshes (mesh cages) for concrete plates, offering options for both manual and automated mesh handling along with flawless assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame, complete with billet body, undergoes a transformative de-mudding process via the turning crane. The blank body, in tandem with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the desired mold.
Upon completion of the cutting, the ground turning table skillfully removes and recycles the corner waste, ensuring an eco-friendly production process.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly marshaled into its next phase by the marshalling crane and ferry car, showcasing seamless coordination.
5.Autoclaving section
With precision, the assembled cakes are ushered into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the adept traction mechanism situated in front of the autoclaves alongside the ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing conditions.
The autoclave-treated products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and are then delivered to the finished product packaging section, marking the completion of the curing phase.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Upon being steamed out of the autoclave, each cake is expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. The packaging and conveying equipment then transport the products to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready for distribution.
