1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the foundational step of autoclaved aerated concrete production, premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) are meticulously processed.
This crucial section ensures the precise processing and optimal storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
Serving as the heart of the production line, this section is pivotal for crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh cages essential for the slabs are crafted. The process includes manual or automatic hanging of the mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section in the production process, dedicated to the precise pouring and pre-curing of the concrete slabs.
This step ensures the steel mesh (cages) are correctly integrated, whether through manual or automatic methods, facilitating efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame containing the billet body is expertly demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is then precisely positioned on a cutting car for accurate side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body undergoes further refinement on the ground turning table, which meticulously removes and recycles any corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for seamless marshalling.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, assembled cakes are efficiently transported into autoclaves by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo precise pressure maintenance.
After curing, the ferry cart deftly pulls the autoclaved products out, readying them for the final packaging stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed cakes are methodically sorted, palletized, and packaged by specialized equipment before being transported to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
