AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on a journey through the sophisticated world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we masterfully handle and refine top-quality raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These carefully selected ingredients form the cornerstone of our advanced production line.
This crucial segment is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of all vital raw materials, ensuring that every component is primed for perfect production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the operational core of our facility, this section drives the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and expertise.
In this pivotal phase, we skillfully design and assemble the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Utilizing a blend of manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, we ensure seamless integration with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, optimizing efficiency and quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section acts as the central hub of our production process, dedicated to crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we skillfully create the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) used for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, complemented by the automatic circulation of assembly frames to ensure optimal results.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the billet body, contained in its mold, is expertly demudded using a state-of-the-art turning crane. Supported by the side plate, it is then carefully placed on the cutting car. With precision, we execute side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to sculpt the final product shape, ensuring excellence in every cut.
The ground turning table plays a pivotal role in the effective removal and recycling of corner waste, completing the cut body with finesse and precision, showcasing our commitment to sustainability and resourcefulness.
After the meticulous removal of waste, the blank body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and ferried by the marshalling ferry car to achieve optimal results with unparalleled precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled product cakes are gently guided into the autoclave tanks using our advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart. Under constant pressure, they are transformed into flawless results, representing the pinnacle of our production capabilities.
Upon completion of the curing process, the autoclaved products are expertly retrieved by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring seamless transition and preserving product integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, professionally palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard using our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in pristine condition.
