1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually a mix of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs, including manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs is prepared, along with manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body and side plate are placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product.
The ground turning table completes the cutting process by removing and recycling corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are pulled out of the autoclave and transported to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
