1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in the autoclaved aerated coagulation process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other key components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment serves as the pivotal core for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cages) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates are crafted. This includes both manual and automatic hanging mesh and the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is also a crucial core for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is responsible for creating steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for the concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh as well as the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by a turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to form the final product.
The cut body is then processed on a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste materials.
Post waste removal, the billet body is arranged and transported using a marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for steady pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart situated in front of the autoclaves.
Once cured, the autoclave products are extracted by the ferry cart and directed towards the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
