1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and consistency for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is pivotal for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, guaranteeing strength and durability.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process incorporates both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring uniformity and quality.
The essential steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is managed here, incorporating both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely placed on the cutting car for accurate side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then expertly managed by the ground turning table to remove and efficiently recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing, ensuring quality and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully sent into the autoclave tank, where consistent pressure is maintained using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, maintaining their integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach customers in perfect condition.
