AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for producing autoclaved aerated coagulation blocks and panels are ingeniously sourced to promote sustainability and quality. These include sand, often derived from fly ash, combined with lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This crucial phase is all about the meticulous and strategic management of raw materials, where precision in processing and effective storage solutions are prioritized to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This part of the process is the powerhouse of innovation, essential for engineering robust and durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that meet the highest standards.
In this segment, crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) is paramount for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves both manual and automated mesh hanging, and the seamless, fully-automated circulation of the assembly frame which enhances efficiency and consistency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
At this pivotal stage, we set the foundation for high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring they meet exacting standards of excellence and uniformity.
This section dedicates itself to crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with streamlined processes for both manual and automated mesh hanging, complemented by automated assembly framework circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this intricate phase, the mold frame bearing the billet body is expertly handled via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes a comprehensive and meticulous cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—ensuring the exact shape and specifications of the final product.
The cutting process concludes with an innovative ground turning table that ensures efficient removal and recycling of any corner waste, maximizing material usage.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring it is perfectly prepared for the next stage with seamless precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
The elegantly assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank using a precision-driven traction mechanism, supported by the efficient ferry cart, facilitating sustained pressure maintenance and ensuring unparalleled quality.
Following the autoclaving process, the expertly cured products are carefully extracted with finesse by the ferry cart and smoothly transitioned to the final product packaging section, ready for distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then systematically palletized, expertly packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are primed for delivery.
