AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey begins with the meticulous preparation of raw materials. Essential components such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) are selected for their premium quality to ensure superior AAC production.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of the raw materials, setting the foundation for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This essential core segment is vital for crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, a cornerstone in modern construction.
Here, the sophisticated creation of steel mesh cages for AAC plates takes place. The process includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with the seamless automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This integral core section is crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring their structural integrity.
The heart of steel mesh crafting, this stage ensures each mesh cage for AAC plates is precisely made. It involves manual and automatic hanging, alongside flawless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Witness the artistry of shaping as the mold frame, laden with billet, is expertly demudded by a turning crane. Placed on a cutting car, the product is sculpted through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, ensuring perfection.
Post-cutting, a ground turning table deftly removes and recycles corner waste, minimizing material loss.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes precise marshalling by crane, seamlessly coordinated with the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
In an impressive display of engineering, assembled cakes are gently ushered into the tank, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, orchestrated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Upon curing completion, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the autoclaved products, transporting them to the final packaging area, ready for dispatch.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the meticulously steamed cakes are sorted and expertly palletized. They are then packed with precision, ready for transportation to the storage yard, facilitated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
